The center of Berlin, -Alexanderplatz -Brandenburg Gate and -Reichstag or -Parliament, there are 30 minutes by public transportation from the apartment

Guests can rent bicycles and approach very near the Berlin Wall, or can ride till the neighborhood of Kreuzberg Bergmann Street, Kottbusser Dam, Skalitzer road and Schlesiches gate there are min about 15 minutes and up to Treptow harbor 15 minutes.

The apartment is rented furnished and is located on the 1th floor. (Hochparterre)
It has its own entrance, shower room with toilet and a bedroom with double bed (dimensions 1,90 m x 1,60 m), wardrobe and other furniture for the courtyard, a room facing the street with two single beds (dimensions 2,00 m x 0,90 m) with wardrobe and table and a room as a meeting room or dining room with dining table for shared meals and residence.
Bedroom and the bathroom have a maximum height of 2 meters. The lease is made directly by the owner with whom they share the kitchen and tries to save your welfare. (Please only smoke in the kitchen)

Free parking in the yard in the carport available.

 

 

The renter/owner is committed to the welfare of his guests. If needed he can be booked as a TOURIST GUIDE or in addition his CAR can be booked for 4 persons.

 

 

Good shopping opposite and in eyeshot are available.   Mo-Sa. to midnight

Breakfast can be booked as well.
